The Back Massage at ZenLaze is focused on relieving built-up tension and stress in one of the most commonly strained areas of the body. Through a combination of soothing strokes and targeted pressure, the therapist works to release tight muscles, reduce stiffness, and ease discomfort in the upper, mid, and lower back. Ideal for those who sit for long hours, experience frequent back pain, or simply need to unwind, this treatment brings deep relief and lasting comfort. It’s a focused escape that leaves you feeling lighter, looser, and fully relaxed.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are encouraged to book their sessions in advance to secure their preferred time slots. Same-day and emergency bookings are available for ZenLaze Experience members, subject to therapist availability. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited. In cases of emergency, exceptions may be made at the therapist’s discretion. Waitlist Policy Clients can join a waitlist if their preferred time is unavailable. When a slot becomes open, waitlisted clients will be contacted in order of request. Clients must confirm their acceptance within a specified timeframe (for example, within two hours) to secure the newly available slot. ZenLaze Experience members receive priority placement on the waitlist. Refunds are not issued for cancellations; however, a credit may be applied to a future session if proper notice is given.
