While we don’t offer couples or group massages at the same time, we’re happy to accommodate multiple individual sessions one after the other. Each treatment is provided one-on-one to ensure a focused and personalized experience for every client.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
ZenLaze services are available in the London areas shown on the coverage map in our Terms and Conditions. Appointments outside this area may be accepted, subject to availability, with an additional £20 travel fee. If you're unsure whether your location qualifies, just reach out and we’ll gladly check your postcode for you.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING FOR THE MASSAGE?
We bring all essential equipment: massage table, oils and gloves. However, we kindly ask clients to provide a few personal items such as clean towels or a large bath sheet for hygiene and comfort. If you prefer music, you may consider setting up your personal sound system or device to play relaxing music.
DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE OR WORKPLACE MASSAGE?
Yes. ZenLaze offers corporate wellness treatments and packages for events, offices, and employee wellbeing. However, please keep in mind that all massages are performed using a massage table, not a chair. Contact us to learn more.
HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED FOR A MASSAGE SETUP?
A space of roughly 22 square-ft is ideal. We can adapt to most layouts. Just let us know if space is limited.
CAN I BOOK RECURRING SESSIONS?
Yes! If you’d like weekly or monthly appointments, just let us know, we can arrange a recurring slot for you.

CAN I PAY AFTER THE MASSAGE SESSION?
Yes, you can choose to pay after your massage session. Please note that if you opt for post-session payment, your account allows up to 2 no-shows. If a 3rd no-show occurs without prior cancellation, your account will be removed from our booking system to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE THERAPIST CAN'T FIND MY ADDRESS?
If the therapist has trouble locating your address, they will contact you immediately to get directions or additional details. To help avoid delays, please provide clear instructions or landmarks when booking.
