Cancellation Policy

Clients are encouraged to book their sessions in advance to secure their preferred time slots. Same-day and emergency bookings are available for ZenLaze Experience members, subject to therapist availability. Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. Due to the therapeutic nature of this treatment, it is not recommended for individuals with active foot injuries, infections, or circulatory disorders. Post-Treatment Expectations It’s common to feel a sense of release, improved range of motion, or mild soreness afterward. We recommend drinking water and allowing time for rest post-session. Your therapist may provide custom aftercare guidance to support recovery and continued improvement. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited. In cases of emergency, exceptions may be made at the therapist’s discretion. Waitlist Policy Clients can join a waitlist if their preferred time is unavailable. When a slot becomes open, waitlisted clients will be contacted in order of request. Clients must confirm their acceptance within a specified timeframe (for example, within two hours) to secure the newly available slot. Refunds are not issued for cancellations. However, a credit may be applied to a future session if proper notice is given.
